No waiver of any expression of these Terms will be binding unless in composing, no waiver of any time period of such Conditions is going to be considered a further or continuing waiver of such expression or almost every other phrase, as well as the failure of 360Connect to exercise or enforce any appropriate or cure in these Terms won't waive that
